Common financing questions

What financing terms are available?

Through Service Finance Company (SFC), qualified homeowners can access terms up to 240 months. Rates and terms depend on credit profile and loan amount. We help you apply during the consultation.

Is there a minimum or maximum project size for financing?

SFC handles most residential roofing projects. Whether you need a $5,000 repair or a $25,000 full replacement, financing is available for qualified homeowners.

What payment is required before work begins?

On financed jobs, the lender pays us directly after work completion. On insurance claims, the deductible is due before tear-off and the carrier pays the balance upon completion. On standard jobs, we collect a deposit at contract signing.

Can I combine insurance and financing?

Yes. On insurance jobs, financing can cover the deductible or any upgrade costs not covered by the claim. We help you structure the most affordable path.
